("Sponsor"), Boyd Coddington Hot Rod Shops, their respective parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies (collectively, the "Promotion Parties"), and their promotional partners, advertising and promotional agencies, broadcast affiliates, printers and suppliers of Sweepstakes and packaging materials, redemption/recycling centers, owners/operators and those responsible for making purchasing decisions relative to marketing and promotions of retail establishments that sell Sponsor's products, alcoholic beverage licensees or their employees, web masters and web and/or online promotion developers and persons engaged in the development of promotional materials, judging or administration organizations, or auditing or legal firms and members of any of the above's immediate family (parents, children, step-parents, step-children, siblings, step-siblings or spouses) or household members (whether or not related) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible.

During the Sweepstakes Period, log on to www.oldmilwaukee.com and click on the Custom Boyd Coddington F-150 Truck Sweepstakes button. To play, you will need to provide your actual name, address, phone number, birth date and email notification options and accept the Terms & Conditions.  Only one online entry allowed per e-mail address/person per day. If multiple online entries are received within one 24-hour period, only the first entry received will be accepted. All additional entries will be disregarded. Entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address from which the entry is made or the authorized account holder's designee or invitee.  All entries become property of the Sponsor.  Sweepstakes ends on July 31, 2008 and a random drawing to select the winner will take place on or about August 28, 2008.  Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.  No part of any prize includes beer or alcoholic beverages.

Grand Prize:

The Grand Prize consists of a Boyd Coddington Limited Edition 2007 Ford F150 Custom Shop Truck from Boyd Coddington Hot Rod Shops ARV $65,000.

HOW TO CLAIM THE PRIZE:
Grand Prize – The Grand Prize winner will be notified via email of his/her potential winning status, and before the prize is awarded, must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release ("Affidavit") (where lawful) and the Affidavit must be returned within 14 days after notification.  Failure to return the Affidavit and Guest Release within 14 days may result in prize forfeiture.  An alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion. If email or prize claim package is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address, then prize may be forfeited.  Prize will be awarded and delivered to Winner's home address after receipt of Affidavit and Guest Release and verification of prize winner.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, participants accept and agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor's independent judging and administration organization, which are final and legally binding in all respects. No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of all or any part of prize to a third party permitted. In the event that the prize cannot be awarded for any reason or winner is not capable of redeeming the Custom Shop Truck for any reason, then neither Sponsor nor any of the Promotion Parties shall be obligated to award any prize and Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, whether or not to substitute the prize (or portion of prize) with a prize of comparable or greater value or cash value.  The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for title, registration, insurance and all other costs of ownership of the Custom Shop Truck and for all applicable federal, state, territorial and local taxes, if any, on the Grand Prize and for any other expenses not specified herein as being awarded as part of the Grand Prize and for compliance with any applicable inspection or similar laws and regulations.   Non-compliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. No one is a winner until his/her entry has been verified in accordance with these Official Rules by the independent judging organization, and he/she has fully complied with these Official Rules.   By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize and/or participating in any prize award event, participants hereby release and agree to hold the Promotion Parties, and all of their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiary companies, broadcast affiliates, advertising and promotions agencies, and all of their respective employees, officers, shareholders, directors and agents (collectively, "Releasees") harmless from (i) any and all liability, loss, harm, damage, cost or expense, including, but not limited to,  all reasonable counsel fees and court costs incurred, property damage, personal injury and/or death arising out of their participation in (including acceptance, use or misuse of the Grand Prize) the Sweepstakes; (ii) anything related to the production, promotion, or execution of this Sweepstakes (or their participation therein).  Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade in any medium, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

ENTRY VERIFICATION:All Entries are subject to verification at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Anti-fraud detection devices may be used for verification purposes. Except as expressly stated above, Sponsor shall have no liability or obligation with respect to any void entries. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more prizes than the number and types of prizes stated in these Official Rules. If for any reason whatsoever Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that the sweepstakes is no longer capable of running as intended by these rules, Sponsor may at its sole discretion cancel, suspend or modify the sweepstakes in whole or in part.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Neither Sponsor nor any other Releasee is responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or illegible, incomplete, postage due courier deliveries, mail or email or human error that may occur in the receipt or processing of the entries, other submission or correspondence, shipping, or email (whether to or from them); or for any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability, or garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/website/use net accessibility, availability, or traffic congestion, or any technical error, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any such information. Neither Sponsor nor any other Releasee is responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the websites related to the Sweepstakes.
